I'm so glad that you are here, as I really believe therapy is the most powerful process, because it gives you the ability to take control of your life.
Talking of life, I know that it can be really difficult at times and we can all feel alone. That is why I offer a space where you can share your problems, with the ultimate goal of learning to manage and improve your mental health.
Your feelings and worries may feel uncomfortable right now, but they are valid.

I will support and guide you through your problems, empowering you with the tools to find relief, clarity and emotional growth. Using Integrative psychotherapy, CBT and REBT to help with your concerns, such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, addiction or something else. No problem is too problematic for change. Through our therapy sessions you will gain the knowledge and compassion to manage your problems and gain control over your life, growing through your pain and closer towards your goal.
comfort
Your psychological and physical comfort is key, you lead the pace of our sessions and our agenda is formed only with your consent. My therapy style is transparent and honest, you will always know where you are in the process of your therapy and what work still needs to be done, taking comfort in knowing that you own the process of your change. I use easy to understand, every-day language in my work and all levels of English are welcomed. If you have a learning difficulty or are disabled, I am able to adapt our therapy sessions to your needs and comfort.

Your background story will massively inform our therapy. For the best outcome in changing your current unhealthy thoughts and behaviours, I take the time to understand you, as a person. My own background informs my inclusive therapy style. I'm from London, I am Kenyan Indian, Chinese and white, so I know how important it is to create a safe space, where everyone, regardless of their identity, culture or religion is welcomed and respected. For 10+ years I have been a communications consultant, coaching business leaders on behavioural change. I found my way to therapy in 2019

I am qualified CBT/REBT therapist (Advanced Dip and Advanced Integrative Dip)
I am a member of the National Counselling Society (they ensure I adhere to professional and ethical standards)
I hold a DBS secuirty clearance, ensuring the safety of all clients. I also hold an SC clearance (high level governemnt security clearance) as I often work with high-profile clients and businesses where discretion is required
Sessions are 60 minutes long and prices depend on your financial circumstance
I offer virtual therapy over Zoom and face-to-face therapy in London
